About Me

I am a certified international executive coach, passionate about helping leaders and organizations to navigate change and succeed in a disruptive world.

My corporate career spans 20+ years of being an innovative HR leader and coach with multinationals in North America, Europe, and Asia. I have led several high-profile projects for accelerating the development of leaders, building talent, and promoting cultural change in multinationals like Siemens, Nokia and Grainger.

In my last corporate role, I launched the first-of-its-kind global executive coaching program for senior operations leaders at Amazon, blending in-person and online sessions, group and 1:1 coaching.

The International Coaching Federation has awarded me with Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials. I have completed 250+ hours of coach training and 800+ hours of client coaching.

Leadership Coaching is my calling. My vision is to make best-in-class coaching accessible to leaders seeking to maximize their impact.

Leaders have the power to influence their teams and shift the trajectory of their organizations. This can be daunting, especially during these uncertain times. Coaching provides leaders with a safe environment and a sounding board to help navigate disruption.

Multiple relocations across countries & cultures created disruption for me. Every single time, as I chose to start from scratch and reinvent myself, I learnt invaluable lessons about winning over uncertainty. I also realised that, when external points of reference no longer exist, we can access our inner resources to establish a clear path for success.

I help my clients to harness the power of self-awareness and motivation to lead with clarity in any situation.

I live in Milan, Italy with my two children and husband, a self-made C-suite executive. In my free time, I love indulging in photography, travelling, and volunteering. I am an animal and nature lover, drawn towards spirituality.
