My corporate career spans 20+ years of being an innovative HR leader and coach with Fortune 500 companies in North America, Europe, and Asia.

I have led several high-profile projects for accelerating the development of leaders, building talent, and promoting cultural change in multinationals like Siemens, Nokia and Grainger.

In my last corporate role, I launched the first-of-its-kind global executive coaching program for senior operations leaders at Amazon, blending in-person and online sessions, group and 1:1 coaching.

The International Coaching Federation has awarded me with Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentials. I have completed 250+ hours of coach training and 750+ hours of client coaching.
