Worrying about things that you have no control over will make you feel helpless & like a victim of circumstances. Instead, focus on things you CAN control to feel empowered and enhance your ability to think critically & find #solutions.

A healthy physical, mental & emotional state will enable you to manage stress, think strategically, create & communicate your vision, take the right decisions & be a role model to others.
